RJ Napolis knows produce from the ground up. He got his start in the industry over 10 years ago as a warehouse worker and delivery driver, learning the ins and outs of the business one box at a time. Over the years, he moved into produce buying and then stepped into his current role as CEO of Fujii Melons.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, RJ has worked side by side with Ron Fujii for many years, building a company rooted in quality, trust, and strong relationships. His leadership is shaped by experience, hard work, and a deep commitment to both the team and the customers they serve.

Philanthropy Work
Our company is committed to giving back to the community through philanthropic efforts that address food insecurity. We take nearly expired but still safe-to-eat food from our distribution operations and transform it into packaged meals, often referred to as “paper lunches,” which are then distributed to those in need. This initiative not only reduces food waste but also provides essential nutrition to individuals and families who may otherwise go hungry, reflecting our dedication to supporting the communities we serve.
